You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must notify ScoutVal promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We may suspend or restrict accounts to protect users, the service, or our systems.

You may use ScoutVal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms, Riot Games policies, and any applicable platform rules.

You may not use ScoutVal to harass others, facilitate cheating, scrape or overload the service, reverse engineer private systems, bypass access controls, or interfere with service availability.

You retain ownership of information you submit to ScoutVal. You grant ScoutVal a limited license to process that information as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit any account identifiers, gameplay details, or other data you provide.

ScoutVal may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also perform maintenance, introduce limits, or modify functionality to improve reliability or comply with legal requirements.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

If ScoutVal offers paid features, prices, billing intervals, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation rules will be presented before purchase.

Unless required by law or expressly stated at checkout, payments may be non-refundable after access to paid features is provided.

ScoutVal, including its design, software, branding, and original content, is owned by its operator or licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These terms do not grant you ownership of ScoutVal or permission to copy, resell, or exploit the service beyond normal use.

ScoutVal is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

Rank, match, and player information may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. You should not rely on ScoutVal as the sole basis for competitive, financial, legal, or safety decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScoutVal and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or service interruption.

Where liability cannot be excluded, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

You may stop using ScoutVal at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, or use ScoutVal in a harmful or unlawful way.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions.

We may update these terms as ScoutVal changes or legal requirements evolve. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of ScoutVal after changes become effective means you accept the revised terms.
